12月を迎えた西洋芝

さて、この夏の暑さにボロボロにされた我家の西洋芝。

その後整備しなおして、種を追い蒔きし、しっかり新芽が生えてきたのが10月末くらいだったか。

その後一ヶ月が経過し、12月を迎えた現在の様子がこちら。

ちなみに、10月中旬頃の様子はこちら ↓

 

こうして10月の惨状と比較してみると、

随分復活してきてくれた　苦労した甲斐があるというもの

さすが寒冷地芝だけあって、ばっちり緑色をキープ。

まだまだ冬枯れという感じは全く無い。

もっとも、あんだけ夏弱くて12月初旬に枯れてたんじゃ、

バカバカしくてやってられないが・・・。

10月にはほぼ全滅状態だった↓このエリア

 

少々角度が違うが、この辺は劇的に復活してきた。 

来年はオールシーズン美しい緑をキープしたいのだが・・・

多分ムリだろうなー・・・・

これだけの広範囲を手入れされるのはなかなか骨が折れるのでは？

うちは、傾斜になったところに、土留めも兼ねてクラピアを植えようかと思っているのですが、ウッドデッキから続く庭がいまだに砂だらけで、おかげでウッドデッキも砂だらけ。どうしたものかと考えあぐねていますが、Mr.さんのように芝生を植えても管理する自信がありません(>_<)

寒冷地芝だと12月でもこんなに青々してるものなんですね～！
こちら温暖な地域ですが、ウチの芝生（高麗芝？）は先月末には真っ茶色ですよ。
ずいぶん手間隙掛けてお手入れされたようなので、来年の夏は頑張ってくれるといいですね＾＾
